In the 2023 Internal Medicine Board Review Course, you will refresh your knowledge of core topics in internal medicine and its subspecialties through discussion of common and uncommon clinical problems, understand successful strategies to respond to challenging examination question, and learn how to implement changes in clinical practice in accordance with recent advances and guidelines and evidence-based practice.

This meeting is ideal for those studying to take the AOBIM and/or ABIM Internal Medicine Board Exam to gain certification in internal medicine. In addition, it also serves as a perfect refresher course for general internists and internal medicine subspecialists who are looking to stay up to date on their day-to-day knowledge of osteopathic internal medicine.

We are providing a virtual meeting with all of the sessions available to you at your office or home. It’s easy to use the virtual platform and plan out your experience. Plus, join in on Q&As after each session to connect with the speaker and fellow members.

The 2023 Internal Medicine Board Review will offer approximately 42 hours of both AOA Category 1A and AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™

The Agenda

This year's agenda is designed to facilitate learning through case-driven presentations, guideline updates, evidence, and shared clinical experiences. Experts in hematology, oncology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, infectious diseases, allergy/immunology, pulmonary diseases, endocrinology, cardiology, nephrology, and general internal medicine will present a comprehensive review.

Each subspecialty section of the agenda will be followed up by several "board-type" questions to improve your readiness to respond to examination questions.
