Registration and Attendance


How do I register for the meeting?
The online registration forms can be found here: Board Review Course, Clinical Challenges in Hospital Medicine, Subspecialty Focused Meeting. We do not accept mail-in paper forms or registrations over the phone.

Can I register for more than one meeting?
Yes, you can.

Are the meetings all virtual only?
Yes. The 2023 Spring Meetings are only being held virtually.

When does registration close?
Registration closes August 15, 2023. No exceptions.

What time zone are the meetings being broadcast in?
Eastern Time. After they initially air live, all meetings will become available on-demand. 

How long do I have to view the lectures?
The lectures will be available online until August 30, 2023. No exceptions.

Can you register for just one day?
No. There is no single day registration.

What is the cancelation policy?
A processing fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations received at any time before August 30, 2023. To obtain a refund, emailed cancellation request must be received by April 14, 2023, to claudette@acoi.org. No refunds will be made after that date, but registration fees (less $100 cancellation fee) may be applied to a future ACOI meeting registration. No refunds or credits will be given after August 30, 2023.

CME


How many credits are available?
Board Review Course: Approximately 42 hours of CME credit
Clinical Challenges in Hospital Medicine: Approximately 23 hours of CME credit
Subspecialty Focused Meeting: Approximately 18 hours of CME credit.

IMPORTANT:  There is a firm deadline for claiming CME or MOC: ACOI Registrants will not be able to claim CME or MOC for the 2023 Board Review Course, Clinical Challenges in Hospital Medicine, or Subspecialty Focused Meeting after August 30, 2023. This deadline cannot be extended.
