Share Your Insights: ACOI 2025 Call for Proposals

Demonstrate your leadership and present your work at ACOI 2025! We are now seeking session proposals for the Annual Convention. Do you have inspiring and innovative insights from this past year? Submit your work and share your findings with your colleagues at ACOI 2025.

Session proposals should advance the science and medicine of medical practice and patient care by offering actionable takeaways, sharing innovative approaches, and engaging attendees. Relevance or application to osteopathic principles and practice is encouraged. Any relation to the convention theme is also encouraged. This year’s theme is The Power of Physician Leadership: Innovate, Influence, and Inspire.

All proposals will be reviewed by the Continuing Medical Education (CME) Committee. Subspecialty chairs will review all relevant proposal submissions.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

• We invite proposals for short or long informative presentations, moderated panels, or interactive workshops. Accepted session lengths include 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or 2.5 hours.  
• The format can be a live in-person session, live virtual session, eLearning module, or poster presentation.
• Registration requirements: At least one presenter must be physically present at ACOI 2025. If your proposal is accepted, you will be asked to confirm that at least one presenter will be at ACOI 2025 in-person in Marco Island, Florida. Accepted proposals require one presenter to register for an in-person ticket by the early bird registration deadline of July 31.
• You may submit up to two proposals.

Timeline for Entries

The deadline to submit session proposals is Friday, June 13, at 11:59 PM ET. Those accepted will be notified by Tuesday, July 15.
