2025 Spring Meetings Recap: A Knowledge Refresh to Kick off a New Season

The ACOI 2025 Spring Meetings are now available on-demand, offering ACOI members a virtual event rich with innovative courses and highly relevant lectures. Across two courses – the Internal Medicine Comprehensive Update and the Clinical Challenges in Hospital Medicine – the Spring Meetings offered a knowledge refresh that covered a diverse range of osteopathic internal medicine and subspecialty topics.
Highlights such as Self-care, Wellbeing, and Self-help for Hospitalists, Leveraging AI for Patient Care, and the Telehealth Roundtable centered on the culture of the osteopathic internal medicine profession and how recent changes and new approaches can be applied to benefit patients and one’s individual practice.
Other highlights included sessions on specific conditions and approaches to care, including AFib, Clinical Oncology, 2025 Hospital Coding Updates, Update on Diabetes Medications, and GLP-1 Without a Prescription. These excellent, highly detailed presentations utilized case studies, updates to recommendations, and new research to provide in-depth overviews on these topics.
