Q: What is the format of the meeting?
A: You can attend live in Tampa, Florida or view the lectures simultaneously via our virtual platform. If you register for the in-person meeting, you will also gain access to the virtual platform. All registrants can view the recorded sessions approximately one week after they have aired live. They will be available on-demand until December 20th.
Q: Can you register for just one day?
A: Only the State Sessions are available for one day purchase.
Q: What are the registration fees?

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: A processing fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations received at any time. To obtain a refund, emailed cancellation request must be received by September 20, 2023, to claudette@acoi.org. No refunds will be made after that date, but registration fees (less $100 cancellation fee) may be applied to a future ACOI meeting registration. No refunds or credits will be given after.
Q: How many credits are available?
A: This activity offers approximately 50+ AOA Category 1A CME Credits/AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. MOC Points will also be available.
Q: How do I claim my CME?
A: Once you have totaled up the number of hours you attended, you can attest to your credits using our online form. IMPORTANT: There is a firm deadline for claiming CME or MOC: ACOI Registrants will not be able to claim CME or MOC for the 2023 Annual Convention after December 15, 2023. This deadline cannot be extended.
Q: How do I evaluate the speakers?
A: The speaker evaluations will be linked on our website and the virtual platform closer to the meeting.
Q: Does ACOI report my CME?
A: ACOI will report your CME to the AOA. For state licensure, you must send the certificates to CE Broker or your state licensing board directly.
Q: How will I access the virtual meeting?
A: Closer to the Annual Convention (around October 7-8), you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account and access the virtual platform.
